Event management
Set an event up once — dates, venue, ticket tiers, capacity — and publish when you are ready. Drafts stay private until you say so, and waiting lists take over when an event fills.
Santhom Pay runs your events end to end. Publish in minutes, take secure card payments, issue a QR pass for every place, and get reports that reconcile because nothing was ever kept in three places to begin with.
Why Santhom Pay
Most organisations already have every piece of this — a form, a payment method, a list at the door and a spreadsheet at the end. The cost is not any one of them. It is that none of them knows about the others.
The platform
Built around how organisations actually run events — catering numbers, volunteers on the door, and a treasurer who has to reconcile it all.
Set an event up once — dates, venue, ticket tiers, capacity — and publish when you are ready. Drafts stay private until you say so, and waiting lists take over when an event fills.
One scannable pass per place, checked from any phone. Poor signal in the hall? Scans queue and sync.
Card details go straight to our payment provider and never touch Santhom Pay. Receipts issue automatically.
Organisers manage events and volunteers. Members keep every booking, pass and receipt in one account.
Settlement from payments actually received, attendance from real check-ins, exports for your bookkeeping.
Draft a listing from a few notes, summarise how an event went, or get a capacity suggestion based on your own history. Every suggestion is scoped to your organisation's own information, and a person approves anything published.
How it works
Four steps, whether it is a dinner for 250 or a workshop for 30.
Everything an event needs is on one screen, and nothing is public until you publish it.
Places are held while someone completes checkout, and released automatically if they do not.
The card form is served by our payment provider. The number never reaches our servers, is never logged and is never stored.
Volunteers scan from an ordinary phone. The verdict is readable at arm's length and always carries a word as well as a colour.
What’s on
People find something to go to by what it is, not by knowing which organisation happens to be running it.

Questions
No. One account works across every participating organisation, and all your bookings, passes and receipts live in the same place.
Straight to our payment provider. The card form is served by them, so the number never reaches Santhom Pay, is never logged and is never stored. We keep only the card brand and last four digits so your receipt is recognisable.
If the organiser has enabled a waiting list you join it and are told your position. If someone cancels, the place can be offered to the next person in the queue.
Places are held for a short window while you complete payment. If checkout is abandoned the hold expires and the places are released automatically, so nobody else is blocked.
No. Show the QR code on your phone at the door. Turn your screen brightness up and it scans in a moment.
Scanning keeps working. Scans queue on the device and sync when the connection returns, and a replayed scan reports its original result rather than a false duplicate.
Funds settle to your organisation's own account on the payment provider's standard schedule. Settlement reporting is based on payments actually received, so it matches your bank statement rather than what was ordered.
Everything works in a phone browser, including door scanning, so nothing depends on installing an app.
Applications are reviewed within a few business days. Once you are approved, you can publish your first event the same day.
